OSHO Active Meditation:
In-Depth & Facilitator Training

Get the most out of your meditation by knowing the science behind it.

Why

this course

  • Many practice OSHO Meditations without grasping their deeper science and purpose.
  • This course takes you beyond surface-level practice into the profound methodology behind each technique.
  • Deepen your own experience, learn skills to guide others with confidence, and get clarity on your personal meditation journey.
  • Whether for yourself or to share, true understanding unlocks meditation’s full potential.
What you'll

experience

  • An in-depth exploration of OSHO Meditation science presented in an informative, experiential, and fun way.
  • Discover the essence and purpose behind each step — why catharsis comes before silence, how movement prepares stillness.
  • Learn short OSHO Meditations you can practice daily.
  • Understand the vital points that make all the difference between mechanical doing and transformative experience.
  • Get your questions answered about techniques and your own meditation path.
How it

will help you

  • Gain mastery over OSHO Meditations with deep understanding, not just surface knowledge.

  • Develop confidence and skills to introduce these techniques to friends, family, or groups authentically.

  • Your own practice will deepen dramatically as you understand the ‘why’ behind each step.

  • Become a bridge for others seeking meditation, sharing from genuine experience and insight.

In Osho’s

Own Words

“Before you start doing a technique, be fully alert that you have understood it. Each technique is for bringing about a revolution in you. First try to understand the technique absolutely rightly.”

— Osho
