OSHO
Mystic Rose

Dissolve your emotional pains. Get to a space where you cannot be wounded.

Why

Attend This Course

  • Whenever any experience is not fully lived in the moment, it leaves a residue inside us.
  • It may be a small thing or something really significant but those residues or scars stay in the unconscious blocking our natural ability to flower to our full potential.
  • Whatever is left in the unconscious remains, waiting for an opportunity to be expressed, accepted, and resolved.
  • When we allow all our un-laughed laughter, our un- cried tears, and our un-lived silence to be experienced, we can allow whatever is in the unconscious to flow freely and be lived now – and be resolved forever.
  • The laughter, tears, and silence do their work without the need for words, discussion, or analysis as is typical of conventional “therapy.
You just participate with totality and sincerity, and the rest happens by itself. The OSHO Mystic Rose provides that opportunity.
  • The course includes OSHO Dynamic Meditation for the 3rd week, and optionally for the first two weeks, and OSHO Kundalini Meditation and the OSHO Evening Meeting every day.
The

Process

  • For the first seven days, we laugh for no reason at all for three hours each day
  • For the second seven days, we express through tears our layers of sadness & agony for three hours daily.
  • The third seven days is the time for the “Watcher on the Hill, ” just watching whatever is happening inside or out.
How it will

Help you

  • Cut through the layers of repressed energy that is locked up in your laughter and tears.
  • Melt all the blocked energy in your body-mind and let it flow.
  • Go deeper into the layers of sadness and agony that we have been hiding for many lives and you express that through tears.
In Osho’s

Own Words

“And my effort here is to take away all your scars and all your wounds and make you aware that you are just a watcher. A watcher cannot be wounded; no bullet can pass through it, no nuclear bomb can destroy it.

— Osho

Osho's

Way

  • Playfulness: Meditation is not a serious business. Festivity, fun, playfulness & celebration are some of the essentials in OSHO Meditation.
  • A relaxed state: no fighting with the mind and allow a relaxed awareness without any judgment, or evaluation.
  • Without goals: Meditation is a song, a dance, a celebration. Osho says, “Love it, enjoy it, and don’t ask for any results.”

Osho’s techniques are for everyone. In fact, for the modern man nothing works better than the meditations designed scientifically by Osho.

In Osho’s own words:

I use chaotic methods rather than systematic ones because a chaotic method is very helpful in pushing the center down from the brain. The center cannot be pushed down through any systematic method because systemization is brainwork. Through a systematic method, the brain will be strengthened; more energy will be added to it. Through chaotic methods the brain is nullified. It has nothing to do. The method is so chaotic that the center is automatically pushed from the brain to the heart. If you do my method of Dynamic Meditation vigorously, unsystematically, chaotically, your center moves to the heart. Then there is a catharsis.

Then catharsis is needed to unburden the heart, to throw off suppressions, to make the heart open. If the heart becomes light and unburdened, then the center of consciousness is pushed still lower; it comes to the navel. The navel is the source of vitality, the seed source from which everything else comes: the body and the mind and everything.

No, we welcome all people.
