My experience at Osho Himalayas was absolutely amazing. Entire staff is so welcoming and they always greet you with a smile. The property has its own charm and positive vibes. The owners make you feel as part of family. They have 3 playful and friendly dogs. The meditation sessions were well organized and peaceful so beffittig the overall environment. We wish we had spend more days here!!
A place full of peace and warmth. Meditation activities around the day bring impressive experience during my stay of 2 weeks. Additionally, included meals and teabreaks make life less busy, bring calmness and peace inside, which are much deepened by sitting towards Himalayas. Highly recommend to join a meditation course when staying here!
The rooms are beautiful, large, spacious and very clean with a better mattress than mine at home. All the staff, from the receptionists to the cleaners and service staff, are very welcoming and friendly. The whole atmosphere is very family-like and it felt like coming home. The most delicious food is served 3 times a day and tea and snacks in the afternoon, especially the water is very good and comes directly from a Himalayan spring.
How To Reach OSHO Himalayas?
We are located 20 km from Dharamshala en route to Palampur.
✈️ By Flight ✈️
Daily flights are available from Delhi & Chandigarh airport to Dharamshala (Gaggal Airport). It will be about a one-hour drive in a cab to Jia.
🚆 By Rail 🚆
Vande Bharat Express from New Delhi to Amb Andaura takes just 5 hour 15 minutes. A cab or a bus ride from Amb Andaura to OSHO Himalayas takes about 2 hour 30 minutes.
🚌 By Bus 🚌
Several inter-state buses are available to Dharamshala from most northern cities of India.

How is the weather in the region?
Weather is pleasant most of the part of the year as we are situated at a height of about 1200 meters above sea level.
Is cigarette smoking allowed?
Smoking of any kind is permitted only in the ‘Smoking Temple’. Prohibited in all other areas of the resort. Alcohol & drugs are not allowed inside the campus.

Check-in: 1 pm. Check-out: 10 am

6 am -7 am: OSHO Dynamic Meditation
10.30 am – 11.30 am: A particular OSHO active meditation
2.30 pm – 3 pm: OSHO Talk in Hindi
4.30 pm – 5.30 pm: OSHO Kundalini meditation
6.40 pm – 8.15 pm: OSHO Evening meeting
Note: Maroon and white robes are mandatory to access the meditation hall. The robes are available for rent for free. Check reception for availability.
